Q: Are you offering worldwide shipping?
A: Yes, L'élianne ® offers fast worldwide shipping with a track-and-trace code.
Q: Are all packages insured during shipping?
A: Yes, all L'élianne ® orders are insured during shipping by us, without extra costs.
Q: Am I safe as a customer to order online?
A: Yes, we proudly carry the Seal of Approval which guarantees authenticity, reliability and safety. As a customer, you will be safe across ordering on the website.
Q: Do you have a store where I can see and touch the products?
A: Unfortunately, we do not have physical shops yet, we are an online shop only.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Q: What are the international shipping costs?
A: The exact shipping charges for your international order will be calculated and displayed at your checkout.
Q: How soon will my order be shipped?
A: All products that are in stock will be shipped from The Netherlands within 1-3 business-days. Once your order is packed and shipped, you will get a notification with your tracking information. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 15 days to arrive, depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. We have the possibilities to ship by DHL Express for a more faster delivery.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes, once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a track and trace code. The track and trace code helps to keep an eye on the estimated delivery time and possible delays.
Q: Help, my track and trace code doesn't work!
A: No worries! When you can not track your parcel, please contact us and we are happy to help you as soon as possible.
Q: Are there any extra import costs?
A: All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your L'élianne order and/or shipping total. L'élianne is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient. Orders shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) and unclaimed or refused by customers will be destroyed by the carrier. L'élianne does not issue refunds as a result of unpaid DDU fees.
RETURN & WARRANTY
Q: Do you offer a clear return policy?
A: Yes, we stand behind our products and your happiness is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item(s) within 60 days from the day you have received your order and in its original condition. Click here for more information.
Q: What is the warranty period?
A: We have a warranty of 6 months on production malfunctions. This covers production and design flaws. Corrosion and deterioration caused by material fatigue after extended use is not covered by the warranty. Damage due to wear and tear, misuse or neglect, while not covered under this warranty, may be repairable for a reasonable fee. Click here for more information.
