Return Policy


L'élianne ® stands for excellent quality products for long-lasting use. We stand behind our products, which is why we offer a very generous return period of no less than 60 days!

 


What's our return policy?

We accept returns for an exchange or refund, within 60 days of the delivery date. Full refund is offered for our products in new, unaltered and unused condition with our original packaging from L'élianne. The refunds can only be credited to the original payment method.

 

Where do I start?

If you need to return a product, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return products from your order. All returns must have a track and trace code to follow the package.

 

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

Returns that arrived at our warehouse, will be processed within 5 business days from receipt. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Additional return shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

What will it cost me?

The costs for the return are your own account. Please check the website of your local shipping agency for the exact rates. The return costs inside Europe, will be deducted from the refund for customer choice returns. 

 

Is there anything I can't return?

All orders can be returned within 60 days. Should the product be damaged or should the packaging be more damaged than necessary to try out the product, we may pass this depreciation in value to you.

 


Exceptions of Returns

If you exercise your right of return, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. 

 

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:

  • Returns after 60 days;
  • Returns after 14 days of activating the returns process;
  • Second-hand products with a special price;
  • Products with damage or used products;
  • If the product is no longer in the condition as delivered;
  • Of which the price is linked to fluctuations on the financial market, on which L'élianne has no influence;
  • You may not actually use the product if you do not yet know whether you will keep it. You may, of course, try out and test the product. 

 


Please note: vacuum packed travel bed

We kindly ask you to send the package in the original packaging where possible. If you have unpacked the products that are vacuum packed, you are responsible for arranging a large box to send the travel bed back in.  The product becomes larger when opened because it is vacuum packed.
